About Joy

Joy is a speaker/teacher, recording artist, author, and founder of Teen Round-Up Inc.  She has traveled and ministered in the U.S. and several countries, including Japan, Israel, Mexico, Africa, The Ukraine, Germany and all the Islands of Hawaii.

She is best known for her Creative Family Seminars, with a focus on marriage relationships.   She is in demand for church services, banquets, youth conferences, singles and couples retreats, and women's meetings.  She has authored two books, 'Spouse Spats', and 'Guys vs. Gals'.  She and her family have recorded several singing albums.  Joy, and her late husband, Bud Kerley (of 53 years), founded Teen Round-Up in 1965, a retreat facility located in Duncan, OK for children, youth and adults.  Joy is a credentialed Assemblies of God minister.

Joy married Don Burchett in 2004 and they joined their ministries together.  Don also has a rich background of ministry.  Don was Pastor of Cathedral of Praise in KS for over 40 years and was the Bishop of the Harvest Conference in KS.   

Joy recently had her book published " Spouse Spats ".  It is now being sold in stores Nation wide.
